You may have tried over eating, isolating yourself, drinking, watching too much TV, and thinking about the same things over and over in your head to help reduce your stress, anxiety and overwhelm. You also may have tried meditation, exercise, and journaling as some other strategies and they work at times but also don’t provide enough relief from the stress and racing thoughts. All these strategies provided some short term relief but did not last long and the stress and anxiety kept coming back. Also you have tried to set boundaries with others at times but the people pleasing continues to be challenging at times to set those limits.


It is not your fault that you are highly sensitive and you probably feel stress, overwhelm and anxiety more deeply than others. It has been hard at times because you may have been bullied when younger because of it. Or told by friends and family that you are being too sensitive when you cried or reacted in a sensitive way when you were younger. You were picking up others emotions and energy since you were young. Society does not recognize someone who is sensitive, as they expect you to just “suck it up” and push forward, as part of our society’s view. It feels at times that you are not being accepted by others for who you are.That can be difficult because others don’t understand what it is like to be more sensitive and often pick up other’s emotions and energy. They don’t know what it is like to have sensitivities such as the lighting in a room affecting you, being in large crowds that affect you, and needing solitary time at times to “recharge” after engaging in social situations.

What you need instead is a combination of strategies to help reduce the anxiety and overwhelm, which includes some of the above strategies I mentioned earlier, in combination with Reiki. Reiki clears out your energy blocks in the body, which can allow for more of those other strategies to be more effective. Reiki in combination with working on your thoughts, doing mindfulness strategies and other self care strategies is a powerful combination to help you obtain more long term relief from stress, overwhelm and anxiety.

I help those who are considered more sensitive and are struggling with high stress, overwhelm and anxiety to be able to feel more calm and relaxed using a holistic approach combining Reiki healing and mindset strategies to help with the racing, worry thoughts.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, certified Coach with a specialty in Law of Attraction coaching, and certified Reiki Practitioner in Level 2, which allows me to send Reiki remotely and in person. But most of all I am just an overall nice guy who is also sensitive, and have been through some things in life, just as we all have at some point or another!





I have been where you are. I felt anxiety and overwhelm often for much of my life. I had a hard time relaxing in my life and kept going and going all the time, while neglecting my self care at times. I had worry thoughts often and it was hard to stop the thoughts at times.I kept putting other’s needs ahead of mine often. I would take on other’s emotions at times and often wanted other’s approval. That led to people pleasing often.

I then decided I wanted some relief and had tried some psychology strategies but it was not enough. I realized I needed to do something different. I then became a Reiki practitioner after a live event that occurred, and started combining Reiki with psychology and mindset strategies, while also forming a consistent daily routine. I then noticed that my anxiety was decreasing significantly, and I had much less worry and ruminating thoughts.

I felt like I now had more freedom and control over my thoughts and feelings. I also felt more grounded. I have learned to be more Present as much as possible and noticed how much that also helps with reducing anxiety.

I had also learned to be more consistent with putting my needs and self care at the front while continuing to be there for my children, as well as still helping others. And this growth allowed me to stop People Pleasing, stop taking on other’s emotions, and set more healthy boundaries.
