My name is Greg Konick
I help sensitive people who are struggling with high stress, overwhelm and anxiety.
I know from personal experience that sensitive and highly sensitive people (HSP) can learn to feel more calm and relaxed using a holistic approach.
My work with you combines Reiki Healing and Mindset Strategies to soothe the racing, worry thoughts.

All of these provided some
short term relief
but did not last long. The stress and anxiety keeps coming back.
When you’ve tried to set boundaries with others, the people-pleasing and saying "no" continues to be challenging. When people push back on your boundaries, you don’t know what to do.
My HSP Anxiety story:
I have been where you are. I felt anxiety and overwhelm often for much of my life.

That led to people pleasing often.

I decided I needed relief. I tried some of the Psychology strategies I teach as a Therapist, but it was not enough. They would only work short-term, and the anxiety would come back again.
I realized I needed to do something different.
What worked for me:
After a major life event (mysterious I know), I became a Reiki practitioner. When I started combining Reiki with Psychology and Mindset Strategies, while also forming a consistent daily routine, my life finally began to change.
I had also learned to be more consistent with putting my needs and self-care at the front, while continuing to be there for my children, as well as helping clients and colleagues.

And this growth allowed me to stop People Pleasing, set more healthy boundaries, and develop strategies to not take on other’s emotions.
You are not alone:
It is not your fault that you are highly sensitive and you feel stress, overwhelm and anxiety more deeply than others.
It has been hard at times in your life because
"younger you" may have been bullied because of it.
You were told by friends and family that you are being too sensitive
when you cried or reacted in a sensitive way.
You felt misunderstood, because others don’t understand what it is like to be more sensitive.
In addition, you have been picking up others emotions and energy since you were young.
Society does not recognize someone who is sensitive, as they expect you to just “suck it up” and push forward.
It feels like you are not being accepted by others, and are feeling judged by them for being who you are.

They don’t know what it is like to have sensitivities, such as the lighting in a room affecting you, feeling all the energy of being in large crowds, and needing solitary time at times to “recharge” after engaging in social situations.

It feels like you have to be Perfect in everything you do in your life, just to measure up.
What can help you too:
You need help to stop picking up others’ emotions, to stop the worry thoughts, to reduce overwhelm and anxiety… and it comes as a combination of strategies.
And one essential ingredient is Reiki!
Reiki is universal healing energy. It clears out your energy blocks in the body, which allows for those other strategies to be more effective.
Reiki, in combination with working on your thoughts, doing mindfulness strategies, and other self care, is a powerful boost to help you obtain more long term relief.

Hey I'm Greg. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Coach with a specialty in Law of Attraction coaching.
I am a certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, which allows me to deliver Reiki remotely and in person.
But most of all, I am just an overall nice guy who is also sensitive!

I am a “spiritual and personal growth junkie” (I read a lot of spirituality and personal growth books and listen to those types of podcasts).
I like to spend time with my young adult children.... when they let me!
I am a rocker and like to play guitar. Lately I am listening to more 90’s Grunge Rock!
You have heard a little about me now. But I want to get back to talking about you. I want you to feel relief from anxiety and overwhelm just like I have, and be able to put your needs first without people pleasing.
I now help others who are highly sensitive to go from feeling anxiety and overwhelm to feeling more calm and relaxed, stop people pleasing, and to feel more grounded overall. I do this using a “Mind and Body” holistic approach, combining principles from psychology, CBT, Reiki and mindfulness.
